Members of the International Scientific Committee for the Conservation of Stained Glass are drawn from the memberships of the national committees of the Corpus Vitrearum and ICOMOS (the International Council on Monuments and Sites).  Expert and Associate members may be nominated by the national committees of the Corpus Vitrearum or ICOMOS or by members of the International Scientific Committee for the Conservation of Stained Glass.

Members of the Corpus Vitrearum include people specialized in research on stained glass who regularly publish in this field.  The members are selected by the national committees in order to contribute to research on stained glass and to the publications of the Corpus Vitrearum on the stained glass windows of their respective countries.

Members of ICOMOS are professionals working in the field of conservation of monuments and sites.  Membership applications are made through the national committees. The rules of adhesion are different from country to country.

To learn more about the conditions of adhesion to the Committee : see the By-Laws of the Committee.
